Awesome service! I had an accident where someone rear ended my Mercedes SUV. My insurance company, USAA, recommend Champion for the repair. I was concerned as they weren’t a Mercedes body shop but all those concerns immediately ended when I met the service manager and his staff. Extremely professional and the quality of the repair is superb. I’m extremely pleased with the entire process. I was keep informed in a daily bases and never felt the repair was rushed. Great job!! Back on the Road Again I walked out to my garage only to discover that the doors to my MKC would not open.... usually I just walk up, touch the door handle, and open the doo I walked out to my garage only to discover that the doors to my MKC would not open.... usually I just walk up, touch the door handle, and open the door. But not that day. Nothing would work. Champion sent a tow truck to my house to pick it up and gave me a loaner car to use while they were examining mine. After a complete exam it is believed to be the battery was not working properly, so now I have a new battery and am back on the road. But I know if I have more problems, Champion and Denise will be there for me. More
