A Low Beam alert on my Macan came up during the holidays. I reached out to my service advisor, Drew Breneman, who worked very hard to fit me in as they were quite busy at the Champion Porsche in Pompano, Fl. I reached out to my service advisor, Drew Breneman, who worked very hard to fit me in as they were quite busy at the Champion Porsche in Pompano, Fl. She was able to get me in and I waited for my car. She did manage my expectations as we were not sure what the diagnosis was going to be. I got there early in the morning and she took my car right away. She kept me apprised during the inspection and once she found out what the problem was, contacted me to ensure it was OK to proceed given the cost of the replacement bulb. Drew is very courteous, knowledgeable, honest and will not lead you astray. The entire service team is very helpful and kind. The service area is always clean and the lounge area is aesthetically pleasing. I always take my car to this dealership for service. More
