I had a fairly severe problem with my cayenne Friday night of a holiday weekend. I went to Champion Saturday morning. Drew told me she couldn't promise it fixed. she was completely forthcoming. I’ve purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime. This was the worst experience that I ever experience at a car dealership or practically anywhere in my life. There is no customer service. I have no idea what I’ve done to the people who work at Porsche but there must be something that’s going on because when I walked into the place, I went into the first office, where they have the car sitting and the younger lady asked me, did I need any help? I said yes I would like to see a car after I say that . She said somebody will be with me momentarily. I continue to look at cars and I went outside and looked at cars 30 minutes later, after nobody serve me I walked into the other building and I asked another salesman. Could someone help me because I wanted to look at a car he told me to ask the receptionist I asked the receptionist there was a young man there, and he went ask the salesman and the salesman told him that he was on the phone, but he was just sitting there so he said somebody would be with me momentarily. I walked back outside. I was outside for another 45 minutes so I decided to go and ask one of the salesman. Could I see your cars and he said he would help me about 10 minutes after that he came outside and he was super nice. Four 8 his name was PAULO last name DESOUZA and he’s the one who sold me the car. I got the car finance and the young lady who did the work on the finance very professional everything was done beautifully. Her name was D EANGELA last name CONrad. so the next morning when I woke up, I noticed on the mirror on the driver side they were some kind of the formulation on there so I took it back and I went to your repair facilities. You have their Cindy. Tilton who is the service manager and I spoke to her and I asked her how do you do some of the things on the car and she said you were supposed to have somebody who show you how to work the car I mean the salesman he did the best he could do, but she say the way that I was treated is unacceptable and she was going to talk with the sales manager. Don’t know if she did that or not but at that time she said she was going to get another side mirror I thought maybe it only had to be painted but she said she was gonna look into that for me. Then she got another young lady who showed me how to do all the work in the car and how everything was done I forget the young lady’s name, but she show me how to do everything and I think that was beautiful. I have no idea what I did all I try to do was buy a car. More
