I have had two bad experiences with the Service Department. I brought in the car (a 2020 Macon S still under warranty) for (1) an inaccurate speedometer and (2) an annoying rattle on acceleration. Department. I brought in the car (a 2020 Macon S still under warranty) for (1) an inaccurate speedometer and (2) an annoying rattle on acceleration. The first time they misdiagnosed speedometer issue, saying it was off because I had the wrong size tires (even though the tires on the vehicle were an approved optional size), and said they could not replicate the rattle so it couldn't be addressed. I brought the car in again several months later because the speedo is still off with four new (properly sized) tires, and the rattle remains. They now say the speedometer is off because Porsche wants it to read several MPH fast. They also said they identified and fixed the annoying rattle. But when I got in the car the rattle was still there, as verified by their QC rep during a "post repair" ride along. I now have to bring the car in a third time. Between the first two visits they've had my car more than two weeks (and no loaner was available either time even though I had made appointments) and the original issues persist. And to top it off they don't even seem to care. No apologies. No explanations or assurances that they will make it right. Just "bring it back next week and we will look at it again." I have owned Porsches for many years all over the country and have never experienced such poor service. More

Take 2 I have recently moved from California and decided to try champion for a 20,000 mile service on a 911 GTS. My advisor is David. He is absolutely fantastic. He listened intently what I’m trying to accomplish, and came up with several solutions for me. He is prompt, crisp, knowledgeable, and an excellent 2 way communicator. This is my fourth Porsche over the last 22 years. I can honestly say David is the best advisor that I have ever had.. I will definitely recommend champion due to my experience with David. More
