Of particular note, I thought I needed some new tires, but Joe Helms, my service advisor, and the service techs performed a complete inspection of my tires and noted that my tires were fine and still had plenty of life in them. They saved me money! I have complete trust in these folks and would recommend Chapman to anyone considering a BMW purchase or needing BMW service. More
