My husband and I weren't planning to buy a car that day; but Craig patiently educated us on options and we soon found ourselves looking at the perfect vehicle to replace my 10-year old 325i. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the BMW models and extremely helpful in giving us the information we needed to conduct our search. Even though he was catching a plane that afternoon, he took his time to take us on 2 test drives, shepherd us through financing and then walk me through all the features of my new car. We never felt any pressure to do anything other than enjoy spending time experiencing the Ultimate Driving Machines.
