But his specialty is definitely the i vehicles, and he's taken BMW's optional training courses to receive their certification. I believe his official title is Jedi Master of the i3. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the BMW models and extremely helpful in giving us the information we needed to conduct our search. Even though he was catching a plane that afternoon, he took his time to take us on 2 test drives, shepherd us through financing and then walk me through all the features of my new car. We never felt any pressure to do anything other than enjoy spending time experiencing the Ultimate Driving Machines.
