Applying discounts and ensuring that accurate accounting procedures are properly completed can sometimes be a challenge. Chapman Chrysler Jeep can assure you that the service advisor did not intend for you to be inconvenienced in any way. It is possible he was frustrated that the computer would not let him finalize the invoice as quickly as he intended. This emotion should not have been shown and we are constantly training to ensure that body language is always of a positive nature. In regards to the recall, if you have not had it taken care of yet, please give us a call so that we can check status of parts availability. Parts are generally in short supply after the initial start of production but become readily available after a couple or few months, I will be more than happy to check on this once I get your full name & vehicle information. We have to perform a safety inspection on all vehicles and this amount varies depending on what is needed for each specific vehicle. Our top priority is ensuring vehicles are safe and road ready for our valued consumers. We do detail the vehicles and perhaps this one didn’t get cleaned as well as it should have been. If you would like the vehicle cleaned on your next visit let me know and I am more than happy to get that set up for you. We provide you the consumer the exact amount of keys that we receive when we purchase them. Unfortunately this sometimes only includes 1 key.
