After we decided, he had the finance manager come over and explain leasing vs. buying, never hurried us to sign. Then he set up the ford pass system _ washed/ prepped car while we signed all the paperwork. Took us back out to the car_explained all the technology, synced my wifes phone, made sure we understood everything and it was even 30 minutes after they closed! It was always " no problem- glad to do it." Best car buying experience I've had yet! The manager and finance people were great also. No rush- even though it was getting close to their closing time.
