Keith is an awesome person to work with. His sales style is to let the customer think for themselves. An absolute nightmarish circus. Salesman acted as if I had already bought the vehicle before even test driving. The pressure to buy brought out every possible "old" dealer trick in the book. It was as if I was three years old and could be treated thusly. Low balled the trade by over $1000 under the next highest dealer. Had to ask three times for my keys so I could leave the dealership. Felt as if I was being personally attacked and demeaned for not purchasing immediately. They were doing ME a favor by offering this rediculous deal. Went to HA Boyd in Lebanon and found a MUCH nicer vehicle for a lower price and OUTSTANDING salesmanship with NO pressure and a two year certified warranty. I'd travel to Manheim or Hershey before shopping again at Chapman. More
I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from them. Several days after the $6000 purchase I discovered several issues with the vehicle. The only item they were willing to fix was to charge the AC unit. The oil and transmission leak I was told you only paid $6000 for the car and it was as is. Only a year earlier I purchased a new Focus. I would say stay away from them.
