They took my deposit and performed a credit check on a vehicle that was already sold. Also they did not take any responsibility initially for their mistake and insulted me for being a young car buyer. I w vehicle that was already sold. Had my new truck in for its first service, the ease of making an appointment and the text to pay are great features, the video of my truck being inspected is a really nice feature as well. Only problem i had was there wasn't a pen in the key drop off box to fill out the key envelope. An they didn't rotate my tires, but I guess that's because my truck only has 1500 miles on it. More
