Recovery The service men took good care of me and the shuttle guy was awesome. Calling to make the appointment was a run around. Oil change I brought my 2017 in for a state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. In addition, I advise my service Rep that my truck had an oil leak. They re I brought my 2017 in for a state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. In addition, I advise my service Rep that my truck had an oil leak. They replaced stated that they competed the state inspection but stated that the oil pan was leaking and the truck would need to stay. So the changed the oil pan and oil .however they never changed the oil filter. I contact the service manager and told him that I had marked the oil filter and the mechanics never changed the oil filter plus it was still leaking oil. The service manager told me he would make it right. I brought 5thhe truck back and the service rep stated that the mechanics stated that they could not find any leaks and that there was alot of residual oil from the oil pan leak. I asked if they changed the oil and filter and the service rep said yes. I should have looked but when I returned home I checked and noticed the old oil filter was still installed. I contacted the dealer and left a message with the operator starting that the old filter was still installed. This is unacceptable. More

Very disappointing When I went to p/u my car, they could not find my keys. Then they could not locate my car! My car was still up on the rack, but paperwork said it was complete. No sticker on the windshield to let me know when f the next oil change and I question if the oil was changed or if the tires were rotated. Also, when I tried calling the dealership for the status of my car, nobody answers the phone (service, sales, cashier, operator, etc.). Worst experience I have had at Chapman Ford. More
