I have 2 mustangs and 2 diesels and Jeremy in the truck shop always makes sure The service advisors, Kyle and Jerry, are always friendly and helpful! I have 2 mustangs and 2 diesels and Jeremy in the truck shop always makes sure my concerns are addressed and my vehicles are in top shape (even my cars). He explains things thoroughly and I am always confident I will be back on the road as soon as possible and as safely as possible. Since I have a 7 year old, safety is my top priority. I wouldn’t trust taking my vehicles to anyone else. More

2010 Ford Focus Under Full Warranty, would not fix it I purchased a 2010Ford Focus last June from Chapman, I also purchased the Premium Warranty which covers any problems except for normal wear and tear f I purchased a 2010Ford Focus last June from Chapman, I also purchased the Premium Warranty which covers any problems except for normal wear and tear for 3 years. I had an oil change done at a garage across the street from me and asked them to also check why there is a strange smell coming from my vents. They ran a diagnostic and reported back that my E-cap core was either corroded or was leaking Frion into my car, causing the strong sickly-sweet odor. Since I had a full warranty, I made an appointment with Chapman service. My service writer, Jerry first off did not believe me when I said that I had a warranty on the car. He secondly did not understand that I had had a diagnostic already done and I knew specifically want I needed fixed. It wasn’t until the following day when I had a service tech call me and say “there’s nothing wrong with your air conditioner, it’s blowing cold air just fine” I explained over the phone that it was not a problem with the temperature, it was a problem with a chemical smell coming from the vents. The following Monday, Jerry calls back to inform me that they could not find anything wrong with the air conditioner and that they could use a chemical solution to “clean out the bacteria that has probably collected within the unit” and he also wanted to charge me for that cleaning solution. I told him, no don’t touch anything to the car I will pick it up and take it back to my original garage. When I came in to pick up the car and to drop my rental car off, Jerry acted like he did not remember who I was or that we had been playing phone tag for the entire day. He asked me to wait while he shuffled around papers and then asked me “are you here to to drop off or pick up” Overall my experience with Chapman has been very stressful and undermining the fact that I can tell a chemical odor from a bacteria odor. Go back to chemistry class everyone. I would never recommend anyone to take their car back to get serviced at Chapman, I will take my car to any other dealership from now on. Peace More

Good experience It was hard to get excited for my new vehicle when our salesman was sent home on a Saturday . Then we arranged to pick up the vehicle the following Tuesday. However, we were told that we had to wait until Wednesday because our salesman's day off was Tuesday. Customer service? Other than that it was a good experience. More

Yesterday I dropped my car off for service and inspection, and Kyle promptly texted to let me know that I only had a receipt for my registration, not Yesterday I dropped my car off for service and inspection, and Kyle promptly texted to let me know that I only had a receipt for my registration, not the registration card. The card was required for the emission testing. I'm not going into the details of what was involved with the DMV to obtain a duplicated registration card, but it took a good part of the day! Kyle helped by getting me the information we needed off the paperwork we left in the car, and very promptly and cheerfully answered my texts and calls. I really felt bad to keep bugging him. Long story short - even with these delays, my car was inspected, oil changed, tires rotated, etc. right on time when I got out of work. More
