Great Sales Rep Ronny Gomez Ronny has gone above and beyond to help help us drive away in 2019 Ford Explorer. I had checked dealer inventory before we went to Chapman Lancaster. Ronny has gone above and beyond to help help us drive away in 2019 Ford Explorer. I had checked dealer inventory before we went to Chapman Lancaster. They had one left. I contacted and Ronny answered. When my husband and I got to Chapman Ford he had it pulled up. It was exactly what we wanted and the price is exactly what we wanted to pay. We picked up our New Car the following day and realized it had a few dings in the door. Chapman Ford came through and fixed the door and provided me with a loaner car as ours was being fixed. We will be back again. More

Almost 5 stars I was pleased with the way I was promptly and courteously contacted about forgetting to leave my insurance info for inspection, and informing me of so I was pleased with the way I was promptly and courteously contacted about forgetting to leave my insurance info for inspection, and informing me of something else that needed attention. The work was done relatively quickly, and picking up the vehicle was no problem. My only concern was with the lack of signs to direct people who are unfamiliar with the new facility, as I think that would really help to put people at ease, and make it safer. More
