Cashier Window I'm 6'4" tall. I would have gotten on my knees to talk to the cashier and pay if my wife wasn't with me. While she was dealing with the cashier litera I'm 6'4" tall. While she was dealing with the cashier literally half bent over she had problems hearing the cashier because of the tv in the waiting room. Please remove the glass! Professional. Polite. Redspectful. Thorough I went to Chapman for service for 8 years and then quit in disgust when you tried to charge me $1192 for a catalytic converter. They probably made $100. Ford wanted to make the $100 plus an additional $870!!! You mist be crazy!!!! Is there a mistake? You might make a killing on one job, but you will lose customer. It gives fuel to the belief that main dealers will rob you on service work. The only reason I came back is that Gerry is so good. More

TO BE HONEST I'M ALWAYS A LITTLE HESITANT TAKING A VEHICLE TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AS I AM A SERVICE ADVISOR MYSELF FOR A BMW DEALER AND DO MOST OF MY OWN WORK MYSELF OR HERE IN HOUSE. WITH THAT SAID JERRY WAS EXCELLENT. HE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE MY TRUCK WAS BEING TAKEN CARE OF AS IF I WAS THE WRITER. THE WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND JERRY KEPT ME INFORMED ON ITS PROGRESS. THE ONLY MINOR CRITICISM I HAVE IS THAT RADIO AND SEAT SETTINGS SHOULD NEVER BE CHANGED IN CLIENTS VEHICLES- MINE WERE.
