Oil change lube and rotation My console indicated that my oil needed to be serviced. So I called and was given a time in the next day .....oil change and lube was set then jerry My console indicated that my oil needed to be serviced. So I called and was given a time in the next day .....oil change and lube was set then jerry told me it was time for tire rotation which was done. Was done just under 1 hour! Lots of issues, terrible experience! I made an appointment to get my truck window regulator repaired. The day they looked at it I was told that they had the part in stock and it would be I made an appointment to get my truck window regulator repaired. The day they looked at it I was told that they had the part in stock and it would be done by the end of the day. Then I was called back a few min after I got off the phone with them and told that the part that was in stock was broken so they had to order a different one and it was going to arrive in the morning and they would get it done first thing the next morning. The next day I called at 2:40 in the after noon to check on the status cause I had a ride scheduled to drop me off there at 3:45 to pick up the truck. I was then Told the part only came in around 11:30 but they had the truck in and we’re working on it and it would be done sometime before the end of the day So I told them look you told me the morning so I got a ride for 3:45 will it be done by then, he then told me well let me go get them working on the truck so it will be done by then. So we’re they working on it or not I don’t know but when I arrived It was done. So I paid my bill and went out to leave, only to find out the window wasn’t functioning properly. I went back in and they said o I’m sorry it just needs reset so they had a guy go out and reset it and it was then working. After a lot of frustration I was finally on my way home when I realized I forgot to check to make sure if the power mirrors worked... guess what they didn’t work so I called back in and of corse like every other time I called in I could not speak to anyone in service department so I turned around and drove back in and was greeted with the service guy saying now what’s wrong so I told him and he said sorry about that the guy was rushing because you needed your truck so he probably forgot to plug the mirrors back in. So they got a different mechanic to take the door back apart and sure enough they weren’t plugged in. I took my ford to a big ford dealer so that way I would have a professional experience and professional ford mechanic work on my truck. I received neither at Chapman Ford of Lancaster. I will never do any kind of business with them again and I will be telling everyone I know about my poor experience with them! More
