Communication Overall I like the dealership. However, the communication really needs to be worked on. I have know Idea if my car has been picked up i have no idea i Overall I like the dealership. In general I have absolutely NOOOOOOOO idea what has happened with my car since it's been at your ship since the 15th. I call leave message i send texts messages and none of my message are returned. So at this point i'm NOT happy with my experience. More

will avoid this dealer going forward I've used this dealer before. Took the car in for PA state inspection in 2020. Car has the same damage to the front bumper as it did in 2016. In 20 I've used this dealer before. Took the car in for PA state inspection in 2020. Car has the same damage to the front bumper as it did in 2016. In 2016, the dealer passed my vehicle and provided a cost estimate to repair the bumper. Car also passed PA state inspection using another VW dealer in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Decided to go back to Chapman due to close proximity to work, but this year, they wouldn't pass the vehicle due to the bumper damage. Was told "inspector discretion". Was given a $5500 estimate to repair, (was $2800 on the estimate from 2016). Was told by the person who prepared the estimate that another inspector on another day would likely pass it. Yeah - dealer wants the $5500 to repair it. Obviously. Not a fan of being taken advantage of, so this review should serve to give insight as to the mindset of this dealership. Needless to say, took my car to my usual VW dealer and they passed it no problem. Will not return to Chapman. More
