I’m so mad I won’t go into detail but I rue the day I brought my car here. I just brought my car and it didn’t know the headlight settings so I ran my battery down. Thinking I might had a bad battery I had it checked out at my local Auto Zone. The battery was good so I thought I had some kind of shortage so I took it to Chapman Volkswagen and I ended with a new battery, new spark plugs, and a passenger door wire harness. In reality all I need was a battery charge. And I may or may not gotten the spark plugs and harness. That how much I mistrust them. More

Horrible Worst experience. Gives you the run around. Never fixed the original issue and tried to lie about it. Even Volkswagen had to get involved and they als Worst experience. Told something different I needed a loaner car so you guys hooked me up with Hertz. When my car was done the guy in the service center said I could bring it back on Saturday s I needed a loaner car so you guys hooked me up with Hertz. When my car was done the guy in the service center said I could bring it back on Saturday since I got done work late Friday and I wouldn’t be charged anything extra. Saturday I bring rental back and get charged $36. Thanks More

I'm a regular I have been coming to Chapman VW for the "lifespan" of my 2008 Jetta, and for much of the "lifespan of my 2004 Jetta before that.
