I was lucky enough to have my call answered by a newer car salesman by the name of Slimann (Slim for short.) Living in Prescott, I was concerned about the car of my liking being swooped off the lot and was also uncertain about some of the ins and outs of purchasing a car off the lot. Slim stayed in constant contact with me over the course of an entire week, ensuring not only that I got the best deal and all my questions answered, but also being relational and almost like working with a friend. Along with Slim's genuine attentiveness to my purchase (and sick boyfriend who was along for the drive down to Tucson) Cristina the Sales Manager in finance was also personable, patient, and helpful with explaining and even finding me a lower financing rate than the one offered by my credit union! My experience buying a new car at Chapman was incredibly smooth and I accredit that entirely to the above mentioned employees. Thank you! More
