I think the price for an oil change is awesome. The waiting area is one of the best I have ever seen. I've been to others and they are not so comfortable. This is my first Mazda purchase. I am happy with this car at this point. I wanted to make note that the main reason I decided to go with Champman Mazda (and Mazda overall) was due to one of your sales a car at this point. I wanted to make note that the main reason I decided to go with Champman Mazda (and Mazda overall) was due to one of your sales associates...Roxanne. She was friendly, courteous, and ABOVE ALL...a no pressure sales person. I just moved to AZ and have interacted with a good number of sales people. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience with the exception of Chapman Mazda. Roxanne was the ONLY person that respected my request for no phone calls or emails. She let me drive our interaction. I greatly appreciated her business manner and want you to know that she represents your organization in an EXCELLENT manner. More
Warranty service and Oil Change. VVT Actuator making noise on my wife's 2007 CX-7. Oil change needed and Visor clips were broken. You provided a loaner and fixed the CX-7 as quick as possible and as pr noise on my wife's 2007 CX-7. Oil change needed and Visor clips were broken. The repairs I had seemed somewhat duplicated within the span of 6mos. My car is aging and many parts I understand will break down over time. I'm pleased with the service at Chapman and the recent repair ha span of 6mos. My car is aging and many parts I understand will break down over time. I'm pleased with the service at Chapman and the recent repair has finally got my car performing well again. The Chapman service team does a good job with performance issues with my car. The customer service is excellent and clearly fills the gap when difficult repairs are required and become cumbersome. More
It was my pleasure to stop by Chapman Mazda on Aug 27. 2010 to meet with Mr. Pabst in the service dept. Since he had given me the most excellent service on my 2008 Miata, naturally I returned to Chapman. 2010 to meet with Mr. Pabst in the service dept. Since he had given me the most excellent service on my 2008 Miata, naturally I returned to Chapman. On this day I was driving my 2003 Miata. I had been having trouble with reverse stick shift. (Hard to get into reverse). Oil chg was also needed. As usual Mr. Pabst did a superb job while I enjoyed coffee and donuts. "Oh my goodness what do I spy over there? Could that be a 2010 Miata?" Well it was and I bought it. I now have 4 Miatas. 1991, 2003, 2008 2010. I probably qualify for some grand prize from Mazda for my loyalty. I would drive nothing else. Mr. Bishop is the epitome of a professional finance gentleman. He explained everything and I felt like I got a super deal. Matt is Mr. Personality. Thus an excellent addition to your sales force. Went in for 1st oil change,and check up. The whole dealership is very attentive, and offer friendly service. They did a great job and I got a free car wash as well! My sales guy even came over to ask dealership is very attentive, and offer friendly service. They did a great job and I got a free car wash as well! Up until this point I've been very satisfied with Mazda. The visit prior to this I was getting multiple things done to the car and I was not informed that a part had been ordered. When I received a call that a part was in I was on vacation and unavailable. The next time I was called the lady I spoke to was quite rude about the part "being there a long time". Considering I was unaware a part was even ordered in the first place and had been on vacation I'm not sure that it was necessary to be rude to a customer on the phone. Norm was much better to deal with and was able to get me in later in the week when it would work with my schedule. More

It was a great new car purchase.
