Ease of scheduling was great. I had a timely diagnosis and the work (a rather large & expensive job requiring dash removal) was performed in a timely manner. My only issue was finding one of the fasteners (3/4” screw) loose on the floor. Where does this go? And what isn’t fastened down and might rattle down the road?? I’m extremely happy other than this but it underscores my reluctance to bring my car anywhere. On the other hand being a former dealership mechanic, I know the tech working on my truck had a large complex job and was trying to beat the flat rate manual which is how jobs are quoted. More
