When I brought in an issue that needed diagnosing and investigation, they said, could have been a rock, and sent me home. I called them late on a Thursday afternoon and asked about a car I saw on their website. When they confirmed they had it in stock and asked when I wanted to see it for myself, I gave them about a 4 minu about a car I saw on their website. When they confirmed they had it in stock and asked when I wanted to see it for myself, I gave them about a 4 minute notice to prepare for my arrival and the experience went so well that I bought it and drove it home that same night. Jaden made sure that the 2024 Corolla I wanted to see was waiting for me despite the late notice and it was through his extremely transparent and fair negotiating that I was able to buy my first car since being widowed and leave feeling like I did business with a dealer that really empathized and considered my financial future when it came to the financing commitments required for me to own such a great car. Chris Ewers always takes special care of our 2019 Atlas, my wife's car. He listens to our concerns. He is thorough working with the technicians and communicates their findings and resolutions.
