Poor customer service, poor Business Ethics, Poor math skills. I initially wanted to buy a Routan, but changed my mind and went after a used Arteon instead. After test driving, the salesman brought in the paper work from finance with a price breakdown of $42k original price, minus some discount and showing a sale price of $34K. I showed the sales person the price on line and it was adjust, however when it was recalculated I was shown a price of $31,600 out the door, I signed off on it and offered to pay cash. Moments later, a salty dog of a man, the finance manager waltzed in with a new sheet of paper which now had an out the door price of $34k. I stated that his number was wrong, he denied that and an argument ensued. He stated that I had signed an offer when in fact, I signed the price the salesman offered. After about 10 minutes of arguing, I requested to speak to the actual manager, he declined, I asked about the pricing and math issues on their side, he stated it was not his fault, I asked about the demeanor of his behavior, he stated that he knew what he was doing and was not responsible for anyone's actions, even though he was the manager. My adult son, who sat through the whole scenario added that it was his sales person that offered the $31k price and that he, the sales guy, calculated it himself, when I specifically said he should go back the to finance office to get the new price. All the errors were on their side and now, they owe me the car as offered. As a compromise, I offered and even $32k, he stormed out of the office and went back to finance. For the next 20 minutes an argument ensued between 3 people in the office. After which, my original sales person returned saying I could have the car for $32K out the door. Take this forward , several days after my cashier check is received, i am handed 2 keys and my car. After driving home, i realize that only one key works with my vehicle. I promptly call the salesperson, where I am then told they have no idea where my other key is, they have no idea who's key I received and that this is an as is situation. I stated that if you had handed me 1 key, I would agree, but they did give me 2 keys. They refused to offer up a replacement, nor were they interested in the key that I have that does not match my car. Do not shop here. They are unethical, deceitful and lack the ability to provide decent, let alone, exceptional service. More
