I originally gave them a 4 star review but that has since downgraded once I saw the other reviews that people have left. Raven was excellent, but they do not honor their online pricing. I thought maybe this was a one-off in our situation, but it seems that it happens a lot with this dealership. They will post a vehicle online for a set price and then refuse to sell it without the dealership protection package which, in our case, was the cost of the online discount. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth after you buy a vehicle to know it was a ploy that they frequently use to get more money out of their buyers. More
