I value how his long-term service helped to speed the process and get us what we wanted to buy faster. We checked out with Frederick and got a tour of the office. Everyt I have purchased many cars over the years and my recent experience at Charlotte Volvo is hands-down the best car-buying experience of my life. Everything about this transaction was excellent. I never thought I'd say this about a car-buying experience, but it was actually very pleasant. Every word spoken by the sales associate (Steve Atkinson) was truthful. Steve kept every promise and met every deadline. In addition, he went above-and-beyond to ensure that our transaction was flawless. There's a time-tested saying which states that a buyer cannot receive quality, price, and service, but rather a buyer must choose only two of these three qualities. This transaction is an exception to that rule because I received a high level of all three. Finally, although it was not necessary for the Sales Manager (Rita Oliver) to interact with us, she made the time to meet briefly with us simply to ensure that we were happy. To put this review in perspective, I am not in the habit of writing reviews and I never write positive reviews unless they are warranted. More
