Nathaniel did a great job while assisting me in my purchase. Intially I came to do cash for clunkers. He was able to assist me to the fullest but however I was unable to qualify for this program. Dennis was very polite and helpful from the minute we met him at the door. The atmosphere of all employees seemed great. I gave the staff at Checkered Flag all "5s" because they made my car buying experience peaceful. The first dealership I visited played too many games leaving me feeling tired and uneasy. However, when I w made my car buying experience peaceful. The first dealership I visited played too many games leaving me feeling tired and uneasy. However, when I walked in Checkered Flag, I told Dennis what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay. "No problem", he replied. And it was NO PROBLEM. Chad and I were able to come up with a price and financing WE BOTH agreed upon which immediately placed me in a state of contentment and ease. Aryq ensured that I was knowledgeable about the Navigation System and that I felt completely comfortable using it. The service team (David C)added the accessories to my car within a reasonable amount of time and handled the process very professionally. I am absolutely in love with my new car and I feel comfortable returning to Checkered Flag for service and recommending people to purchase a vehicle from them. Hopefully I have answered the "why" and these gentlemen can get the wonderful recognition that they deserve. More

Ray Brown was recommended by my daughter who purchased a vehicle from him in mid July. He was friendly and helpful. We went to purchase a civic. I work hard everyday for my money, and I expect to be treated with respect when I spend almost 18,000 dollars. They fumbled the process up from the start to the end. We worked with Brandon the first day and it seemed to go well. Then we came back on Saturday and we felt that Chad was rushing us out of the showroom because he didnt have enough salesman to help us.Brandon was not working that day. My wife had called Chad prior to going in on Saturday an he said he would be able to help us. When we left Chad said he would call us on Monday to get a down payment, he never called because he went on vacation and didnt delegate this to anyone. My wife then called on Wednesday and spoke to Ryan to find out what was going on, Ryan said he could run the application but he was not able to finish the deal. We would have to talk to his boss Mike to finish the deal. At this point, we actually had someone who cared about us.We went in on Thursday to talk to Robert to get the deal done.By this point I had pretty much given up on the customer service I recieved from Checkered Flag. Robert was helpful in negotiating the price, but I seemed to be annoyed at all of the other duties Robert was doing while we were negotiating a price. If I am about to spend that much money I expect have undivided attention to the process. Maybe I am different than everyone else, but that is what I expect. We were promised that the car would be ready at 3:30pm on Friday. We went to pickup the car the next day after the paperwork was signed. We pulled onto the lot and the car was still wrapped in plastic. They had the car that morning and it had no even been touched. Brandon was suppose to make sure it had been detailed. My wife had to go back to the dealership to get the car detailed later that day. It is a waste of our time, for someone who couldnt insure that the car was ready when promised. More
