Very to the point,i also was terminating a lease . I feel Checkered Flag is a very good establishment with very good employees, If there was one thing that could of been a little better it would of bee I feel Checkered Flag is a very good establishment with very good employees, If there was one thing that could of been a little better it would of been the salesman product knowledge, it was ok but at times showed a lack of experience. That will come with more time on the floor, other than that it seems like every one is following the rules(needs to be more about the product, not the rules)may need to loosen up, maybe not??? More

Great experience with no pressure. My first visit was only to look at cars because I knew it would be a while before I could actually purchase. When I informed Chris, he respected that My first visit was only to look at cars because I knew it would be a while before I could actually purchase. When I informed Chris, he respected that and did not pressure me and helped me obtain my credit score and other info so I could make informed decisions. When I came back to buy, Chris was out sick so Harvey helped me. He made what could have been a stressful situation a relatively pleasant experience with no hassle or pressure. Both Chris and Harvey were pleasant and easy to work with (in the past I have found car sales people to be a little annoying LOL). They were both great. My mom accompanied me on both visits and she was also satisfied with the experience. For my mom to come out and give a compliment like that is a big deal! Overall a great experience. More
