I left that day with out a car but returned a few days later to speak with Jeff. He spent almost the whole day going above and beyond to help me get into the best car for my family at the price that fit my budget. He encouraged us to purchase the Hyundai Tucson, but was never pushy or aggressive. He was very engaging and personable as he emphasized the car's positive features - and honestly discussed the few minor negative features (e.g. 19" wheels, which we did not want, but accepted because of the many desirable features). He was especially helpful in explaining the Bluetooth features and the navigation system. When I returned a few days later with some required documentation he greeted me warmly and answered some minor questions that I had neglected to ask earlier. He efficiently led us through the considerable amount of paperwork involved in the new car purchase. He explained the extended warranty option clearly. Ken is a very effective employee, and well-represents Checkered Flag Hyundai. On our initial visit to CF Hyundai, a week or so before we purchased the car on our second visit, we worked with a young blond woman (whose card I lost and whose name I cannot recall). She was a new employee, but did well as she described the cars and set up a test-drive for us. She did not close the deal, but we did come back again when we met Ken Perry and purchased the car. More
