I wish I could do it all over again! I walked into the dealership not 100% confident that I would leave with the car I really wanted. I was unsure about the leasing process and if I could I walked into the dealership not 100% confident that I would leave with the car I really wanted. I was unsure about the leasing process and if I could even get approved. My Product Specialist was Geoff and from the moment we sat down I was put at ease. He explained the leasing process to me so thoroughly that I feel I could properly explain it to someone else now. I mean, he even drew me a picture to help explain! He also let me know I had the option to buy had I not been approved for the lease. When I was approved I felt he was as happy for me as I was and the rest of the process continued just as smoothly as it had begun. He explained all my features and benefits that came along with my new vehicle. He even put my car seat base in for me, I'm a new mom so I needed a little help! I'm so grateful that Geoff was the one to assist me in this process. I don't believe I would have had the same experience with anyone else! I really do wish I could do it all over again. More
