He explained the leasing process to me so thoroughly that I feel I could properly explain it to someone else now. I mean, he even drew me a picture to help explain! He also let me know I had the option to buy had I not been approved for the lease. When I was approved I felt he was as happy for me as I was and the rest of the process continued just as smoothly as it had begun. He explained all my features and benefits that came along with my new vehicle. He even put my car seat base in for me, I'm a new mom so I needed a little help!
