Super Easy Process It took an hour and forty five minute Tide ride and bus ride to get me to Checkered Flag Hyundai on June 22. The bus dropped me off right smack in fr It took an hour and forty five minute Tide ride and bus ride to get me to Checkered Flag Hyundai on June 22. The bus dropped me off right smack in front of the dealership; I don't think it was fifty feet to the front door. I can only imagine what the people there thought when they saw me get off the bus and come in, wearing my old shorts and t-shirt, and all but melting from the heat. They were very nice and welcoming, though, as I said, "I'm here to see Harvey. I know he just left but he'll be right back." So, using my trust iPhone 6, I went out to the lot and found two of the cars I had previously looked at on their website, walked around them, inspected them, and figuratively kicked the tires. By the time I went back inside, Harvey had returned, so we went back outside out to look at them in more detail. After deciding on the pretty gray 2015 Elantra Limited, we took it for a spin and we were back at Harvey's desk about 20 minutes later to see what we could make happen. Harvey made the no haggle process very smooth, showing me several payment options for several different interest rates. Thanks to the multitude of rebates, I got out of there $15 under my monthly budget and paying 3% less APR than I expected I would have to with my less than perfect credit. I even just got my rebate check in the mail today! Harvey did a fantastic job leading me through the process, and Courtney in the business office was equally good for her part as well. To say that I am pleased with my vehicle choice and with Harvey's customer service would be an understatement. I LOVE my new Elantra and I would definitely go see Harvey again for my next vehicle. Never mind Saul... Better Call Harvey! I also want to give a shout out to TowneBank for giving me a chance and financing my first new car in over 25 years!
