We were met by Robbie shortly after arriving at the dealership. He was friendly and outgoing from the start. He knew that we were looking at several different makes of vehicles and at the time were not dealership. He was friendly and outgoing from the start. We test drove a couple different versions of the Santa Fe and discussed various options. We then left to continue our research. Once we had decided on the Hyundai we returned to the dealership and proceeded with very cordial discussions on the options and price that were important to us. Once we had an agreement we then waited a few days for the vehicle to arrive. We then picked it up at the end of day on a Sunday and Robbie as well as rest of staff were fantastic despite, I am sure, being ready to end their work day. We then brought the vehicle back to weeks later to have cross racks added and Robbie was again very pleasant and very prompt getting me on my way home. Great experience all around. More

He answered all my questions and showed me everything I asked about without making me feel pressured to buy something I didn't love or couldn't afford. I've only had the car for about a week but I absolutely love it. I feel that i ended up with quality vehicle at a much better price than many of its comparable competitors.
