He listened to our concerns about what we were looking for in a car, but also what we weren't looking for in a dealer. (We have had nightmarish experiences with Southern Kia on Lynnhaven Pkwy. We were fond of the manufacturer but not the dealer.) Steven showed us several models both in Volkswagen and in Hyundai. When he showed us the Azera, we had found what we were looking for.
