Good Prices, Pressured To Sell Staff Prices were great and fair, but they advertise an easy, pressure free experience when it's anything but. Morgan constantly tried to help us but was interrupted by management several times with pressuring questions directed at us instead of letting Morgan take care of us like she was already doing. It felt like she was being babysat and we had multiple car sales people. Morgan had a great attitude, wasn't pressuring us, and only wanted us to get the car we wanted. She made the experience A+, but the rating went down by everyone else involved and butting in on our decisions. I would have given 5 stars if management wasn't always butting in and trying to talk us into other things. THE CARS SELL THEMSELVES!!! WE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED! DON'T WASTE OUR TIME!!! Also as a dealership, you should let everyone know that the monthly prices for a car does not include the $30-$100 up selling they try to do once you reach the office to sell the papers on incredibly overpriced monthly products. If your car is going to cost $300 a month then they will find a way to make you feel dumb if you don't pay them $30-100 more a month than that on warranties and more... In conclusion, thank you Morgan. Checkered Flag management... get your stuff together! More

Bought it Brand New. I went to this dealership because I know a few people with Toyotas and they love their cars. My expectation was just to look at a few of the used cars I went to this dealership because I know a few people with Toyotas and they love their cars. My expectation was just to look at a few of the used cars on the lot and compare the prices with other dealerships. When I got there I was blown away by their service. Im in my early 20s so I wanted something affordable, stylish, and with a great resale value. Morgan was able to help me find that. Oh and I was able to get the car new not used, extra bonus. She explained to me the new service philosophy for Checkered Flag, up front low prices with no negotiation. Which made for a less stressful experience.
