After the last service call, we decided to consider trading it in for a Prius V or just buying a new or used Prius V. Travis was very helpful in the process, instantly putting us in touch with the other employees for our various needs as we considered the trade-in. We ran him through a bunch of questions as we found out about how their pricing structure works, and what would be the best deal for us. Travis was knowledgeable, got all our questions answered, personally engaged with us--very friendly. He was very efficient while maintaining engagement. He was concerned for our needs, with direct answers to our direct questions. (We like to know all kinds of details.) Because we have been able to resurrect our `1994 Previa, we are putting off our purchase of a Prius V. (We drive cars until they drop--until the go to the junk yard.) But when we are ready, in a few years, to purchase a new Prius, we'll be visiting Checkered Flag and asking for Travis. Jonathon More
