Excellent Car Purchase Experience Have had many car buying experiences in my lifetime...this was truly the easiest, pleasurable experience. I researched a certain 2016 Rav 4, looked as far away as N.Carolina, and could only find this car at Checkered Flag. Chas accompanied me on a drive around Virginia Beach, answered my questions like a real professional, filled out paperwork, and accompanied me back to the Finance Dept, stayed with me through this whole non-anxiety producing process, and has followed up with several emails, being sure I am satisfied with my new Rav 4.
