Just left the dealership about one hour ago on March 25th, 2024. Called last week and set up an appointment due to the dealership and the FCA sending me a notification to fix my fuel pump relay. The letter was specific that the process would take one hour. As anyone knows, that means at least 2 to 3 hours if you are lucky. So when I talked to the dealership the woman that answered was nice and said I could expect 2 hours. So I scheduled the appointment for 8am this morning when they opened. The replacement is probably not a money maker and I figured paying customers get first in line at the repair shop. So I walked to a nearby shopping area and spent over 4 hours keeping busy. I walk back to see if any progress had been made and my car is still sitting in the same place. The parking is horrendous there anyway. So I go in to talk to the manager and he starts blaming me for not letting them know I was waiting for the car??? Then he says they don’t even get to these cars till the end of the day?? So I ask him, why schedule my appointment for 8am instead of say 3pm so I don’t have this reasonable expectation of 8 hours??? He cuts me off and again continues to blame me for their terrible service??? I went to this website and saw all the terrible reviews about service that I realized I was completely wasting my time. I went back in and said can I please have my keys back as I am going somewhere else and he had already given my keys to the cashier so they had no intention of working on the car. Do not ever buy or take your car here for service!!! They don’t care about customers and the service department is completely inept. The way the so called Manager treated me says everything you need to know! Avoid this place. They are not trying to improve. They are simply unprofessional and incompetent at servicing customers. They will send a response that says sorry you had a bad experience and to contact us so we can make it right. They have no intention of making it right. More
Many dealers devote capital to provide their customers with a pleasant and efficient service experience. This is not one of them! Just getting in and out of the lot is adventure. There is only one, single lane means for access and egress to the service area. Once you manage to get in it’s very difficult to get out. If you follow your instincts you drive to the rear of the building assuming there is a rear exit. Wrong! The rear lot is filled with tightly packed older vehicles which seem to be long term storage, resembling a junk yard. All lanes are a dead end with no room to turn around so you have to back out. Apparently, the staff order their dinner for delivery. This evening the exit lane was locked by two unattended delivery vehicles. Customers were trapped in the lot. Service staff was unsympathetic. Took me a half hour just to get out of the place. The place has been a mess for years and this is not related to the construction on Route 70. I have to assume ownership doesn’t care. I purchased a brand new 2022 Jeep Renegade. There were problems with my Renegade from the moment I left the showroom. They never fixed the problems. I asked the Service Manager for a rental. He told me that I would need to speak with the owner but he was too busyto speak to me. When he did he flat out refused to provide a rental. He said the problems are fixed but Cherry Hill Triplex did not fix the issues. About a week later I phoned the dealership and told the owner my car was still not right. He argued with me again and this time blamed me. He told me my business was no longer welcome and said I should take my car elsewhere for repairs. I did go elsewhere. I took my car to a different Jeep dealer. The new service facility had my car for two days and repaired everything. The car is now running fine. I do not recommend Cherry Hill Triplex for service. More
They do not update customer info in a timely manner. Their lot is EXTREMELY congested and difficult to park in and also difficult to get in and out of!!! I have a 2020 dodge ram that broke down in the end of June with a starter issue and had the vehicle towed to the cherry hill dodge service center. The ram wouldn’t start and it was not a battery issue or an alternator issue and I smelled what seemed like electrical wires burning. The starter was under warranty until July 31st or 35000 miles which I was under both. They mechanic called me and said the starter and entire car was completely fine and has no issues. Fast forward to august 14th and the same thing happen leaving my wife and 3 kids stranded and having to call the tow company again to bring the car to them. They diagnosed the problem as the starter and informed the warranty expired with a cost fix at $1000. I became frustrated and made my points about how unfair and unethical it is but the best they could tell me is I could put a claim in with Chrysler. I tired elevating the issue to Chris the service manager but he wouldn’t call me or see me even when I went there in person. I put the claim in that day and after one week finally received a call back saying my case was being reviewed. After another week Chrysler informed me that cherry hill themselves denied my goodwill claim because the only history of the car coming in for service was recalls or the first starter issue ( besides oil changes why would bring the car there?) and I would have to pay out of pocket with hopes to receive a reimbursement after invoice was submitted but could potentially not be a full reimbursement which I had to agree to at this point since we had no car. After verbally agreeing to paying the fox ones assured I would have the tick the next day but that was lie. Then a mechanic calls and says he’ll have it ready (day 3) first thing and that was a lie. After no communication at all they just notified me it will be done day 4. I’ve never felt so disrespected and upset with a company on my life More
My girlfriend, Anna purchased a jeep renegade from this dealership last year. Nearly 2 weeks ago, her car died in Union County. She had it towed all the way down to this dealership where she purchased it, dealership last year. Nearly 2 weeks ago, her car died in Union County. She had it towed all the way down to this dealership where she purchased it, and after almost 7 days, the service technician texted her saying that they could not replicate the condition where her car died. Days later she was informed that she would now incurred a $500 charge for a diagnosis of her vehicle, as her battery is now dead. A day later, after the diagnosis, she was informed that the repairs will now be north of $6000, including four brand new tires, as they were all found to be flat. There was also a class action lawsuit settled in court with jeep over a faulty oil pan issue that she was never made aware of. This woman is a teacher, a single mother, and now has to borrow against her pension, as this dealership refuses to honor the very warranty they sold her with the vehicle. Their service departments performance has been unreachable, they have missed every deadline, and have cost her thousands in towing fees and rental fees. Before you step foot on this property to spend your hard fort money, please listen to what I have to tell you. If you do not believe me, you can read the over 60 other negative reviews on this very site alone, as this dealership has been mired in lawsuits from customers, as well as the New Jersey state Attorney General’s office. In a poor attempt at public relations, nicely worded, generic answers have been put forth as a response to most of these negative reviews on this site, with absolutely no follow through. Do not waste a single minute of your time by giving this dealership, your business, as they are all snake oil salesman. Take your business to a dealership that is much more reputable, and that will treat you, the customer, with the respect and dignity you deserve. More
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! If I could leave a review of negative 5 stars I would. I took my 2022 ram 3500 dually in for warranty work back in September of 2022, since then it has been an absolute nightmare! My truck has been in and out of the dealer more times than I can even count at this point. They had my truck for a week to do an EGR valve on my truck, after a week I went to pick it up. I got 1 block from the dealership, and heard that the brand new EGR they installed was broken. Obviously by the sound of the screaming egr valve, they never test drove the truck after the installation, otherwise they would have heard it. Upon arriving to pick up my truck, I did a walk around visual inspection as always, except this time what I discovered was my truck had been damaged in some sort of accident while they had it That week. No one told me my truck was in an accident, or hit in the lot or anything at all for that matter. Their plan was to have me pick up the truck and not notice until I left so that they could argue that it wasn't their fault. The service manager Chris actually told me that they would have to do an investigation into it to see if they're at fault. Which is insane to me considering it was in their possession the whole week, who else would be at fault? I had to have a meeting with the general manager Rick piontek after this incident, which got me absolutely nowhere. The general manager is just as rude as anyone you'll meet at this god awful establishment. The damage on my truck from the incident was in December of 2022, it is now currently April 28th 2023 and my truck has yet to be put into a body shop to be repaired and made right again. They put a massive dent and scrape into the passanger quarter panel, a dent below the passanger rear door and a big dent in the rear bumper. I've been treated like a criminal throughout the whole process. Now do to the fact all ram trucks are currently on recall (no surprise there), they are having a hard time trying to get me a rental truck, so that I can have my truck repaired from their negligence. This is only post #1 for a long long list of extremely detailed reviews regarding seperate incidents to follow. Since September of 2022 cherry hill ram has been making my life miserable and I've given them every chance to make things right while I remained civil and quiet. There will be many pictures, videos, etc to follow of multiple encounters at this dealership. I have documented proof of all the lies and deceit that have gone on with every interaction I've had. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!! I will attach pictures of the physical damage to my truck now and I will come back later to add all of the other documents regarding other issues later. Again AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! More

My 2018 Jeep Wrangler has "known Corrosion" issue on all 4-doors as well as the hood. The Cherry Hill Dealership referred me to their Autobody Shop located at Maple Shade Fiat off of Route 38, where pictur 4-doors as well as the hood. The Cherry Hill Dealership referred me to their Autobody Shop located at Maple Shade Fiat off of Route 38, where pictures were taken and supposedly sent to the Corporate office. This was done in August, and now we are in December. These pictures were never sent to Corporate, and now Fiat Auto Body refuses to return my calls. This is completely unprofessional!!! We own 4 Jeeps, one of them bought at Cherry Hill...will never go back now as this is not how you treat your customers!!! More
I brought my jeep to this dealership for it second ever service appointment on the first of October. I was scheduled for a routine oil change, and tire rotation. I dropped my vehicle off at the dealership at 10:00 for a 12:00 appointment. At 4PM that afternoon I had to call the service department to see what was going on with my vehicle. When I finally able to speak with someone, after I was transferred to the service department for the forth time, they informed me that my vehicle was ready. At this point I questioned if the work was done correctly, or at all. It was a Saturday and I was doing scheduled family activities that I was not able to pick up my vehicle until Monday afternoon. Shortly after I picked up my vehicle I started to experience issues with my vehicle being sluggish, sputtering, and not turning over to start. Which is why I stated if the work was rushed, or completed at all. Then one day while at a red light, my jeep displayed a "fuel sensor error" and shut-down while going into eco-mode. I reached out to the service department and they could have cared less about the situation. I even reached out to another dealership to fix my vehicle, even at cost. Even though they were surprised that the service department at Cherry Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep, where I currently lease my vehicle, was not making this a priority they did not want to take on an issue they felt the other dealership was responsible for. I was able to schedule an appointment with Cherry Hill Doge Chrysler Jeep but was hesitate to drive my vehicle anywhere until my appointment which was nearly a week away. On the 18th of October I brought my vehicle to the dealership at 8:00. I can't not speak for all the members behind the service desk but the person I spoke with that morning was not the best person deal with. He was annoyed, and responded unfprofessionally when I asked for an estimated time for repairs. I just wanted my car fixed so I could be done with this dealership. When I got my vehicle back they told me it was a failed software upgrade that caused the fuel sensor issue. Just a fews days ago my newly leased 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee failed to start again. That happened for two straight days now. As I mentioned before, I question the quality of and if the work was completed. The service department here is the most disorganized, unprofessional sales department I have encountered. Whenever I take our leased family vehicle to the Honda dealership we are given some priority as customers and put through express services for oil changes. The first time I brought my vehicle in for service I was unable to get my tires rotated because they couldn't use the air-tools. They are always behind schedule, and their communication is non-existing. I do not even want to take my vehicle back to this place. More
