This dealership is only interested to increase their monetary intake. The service manager refused to honor a warranty on my Son's Jeep because it would go against the company's income rating. They had monetary intake. The service manager refused to honor a warranty on my Son's Jeep because it would go against the company's income rating. They had the Jeep for 3 days while I was on the phone with the warranty company trying to straighten out the repair bill. He was forced to pay the entire repair bill. As a result, this dealership destroyed any chance to sell my son or me a new auto-ever- and he will not bring his Jeep there again for service. We have contacted all the people we know and told them about the experience we had at this dealership. So, in a world where the competition is so great and the only thing that sets one company apart from another is customer service, this dealship fails the test. More
I had a horrible experience with the service department for Jeep in Cherry HIll. I purchased a Jeep last August and the sales department was very friendly. Over the past ONE YEAR of owning this new jeep, a for Jeep in Cherry HIll. I purchased a Jeep last August and the sales department was very friendly. Over the past ONE YEAR of owning this new jeep, a ton of problems started to happen. In January, the check engine light went on and car was serviced on. in April, the blower motor went and I had to pay $300.00 out of my pocket to fix it. Next in June, the transmission started to staul, gas petal was not working properly, and again an issue with the blower motor in the air vent. When I brought the jeep in to get serviced, I spoke with Rich, who was at first very nice. He told me the car needed an "update" and it was all ready for me to pick up. Never offered me a rental, then called me last minute to tell me he needed it overnight. I had to pretty much arrange the rental myself. Next day never heard from the service department so I decided to call and was on hold for about 30 minutes and kept getting hung up on. Finally, I demanded to speak to Rich about my car and he was out for the evening. Once I picked up my car, they assured me everything was fixed. On the way home, the noice came back. I again had to call and Rich said "we arent sure what it is." He then decided to laugh at me when I told him if the car wasnt getting fixed that I was going to have a big problem with the dealership. That's when i called up the sales manager and told him the situation, who didint seem to care himself. I yet again had to return my jeep and get a rental. THis time, the rental wanted to charge me $5 for each day I had the car PLUS the service department used up all my gas during the "repair" time. I refused to pay the fee per daily. Each day the department has called saying it will be ready the next day and it kept taking forever. FInally the car is ready tonight. After I pick it up, I am trading in this car at ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. HORRIBLE SERVICE - dont go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO to a macanic if you have to get your car fixed!!! More
I had a wonderful experience as all ways at the Cherry Hill Triplex. Diane Riggs always helps me with a question I may have about the auto service I am having done. I would strongly recommend her and the Hill Triplex. Diane Riggs always helps me with a question I may have about the auto service I am having done. Took Jeep to get routine Transmission service flush, was told additional parts need to be replaced for an additional $400.00. Within 100 miles vehicle transmission failed. Cause was simple - second Jeep d told additional parts need to be replaced for an additional $400.00. Within 100 miles vehicle transmission failed. Cause was simple - second Jeep dealership which I was towed to in MD told me that they overfilled the transmission by 3 qts. They paid to have the Jeep serviced in MD yet after picking up the transmission lasted all of another 100 miles. I now have a $5000 dollar repair, stuck in DC and Cherry Hill Dodge Jeep response is summarized by "tough luck" to me and that is the nicest thing I can say. Let me assure everyone, the jeep was driven non stop 800 miles one week prior to the maintenance service and was running 100% perfect. My goal was for routine preventative maintenance and their incompetence of not knowing how to fill a transmission caused the failure. I would not send my worse enemy to this dealership and hope that my comments will stop others from using their service or sales. I would love for 10 times my out of pocket cost to come off their bottom line in 2013. Please all, find another dealership or car!!! More
Extremely knowledgable sales people, and most importantly never pushy. Each time I've had any type of service/oil change the turnaround time was fantastic.....I highly recommend Cherry Hill Dodge Chrysler never pushy. Poor diagnosis of problem and incomplete repair. Manager told me he would fix problem so see him next week - he was not working the next week when I retuened. No one else could help. This dealer took over from the place I originally bought the car which closed. I went for service a few times and wasn't thrilled with the experience. Last time was the worst. I recieved a coupon for a disc the car which closed. I went for service a few times and wasn't thrilled with the experience. Last time was the worst. I recieved a coupon for a discount on coolant changeout. I had other service items to take care of so asked for the coolant change out at the same time. The service person told me that the discount coupon I recieved "was for the radiator only and I should get the full engine coolant change", which costs 50% more. I agreed. After checkout at home I checked the receipt and the coupon for the original amount clearly stated it ws for a full engine coolant change. Can you say ripoff? They have been nickle and diming for years and it gets old fast. I now avoid any kind of service unless I absolutley have to go for a dealer repair, and will never buy a car from there, and may not even buy a Chrysler again. More
I BROUGHT IN MY CHRYSLER MINI VAN FOR WARRANTY SERVICE COVERED UNDER MY INSURANCE CONTRACT, 1 OF THE ISSUES BEING A SECOND VISIT FOR THE SAME THING. VERY UN-HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER MAKIN COVERED UNDER MY INSURANCE CONTRACT, 1 OF THE ISSUES BEING A SECOND VISIT FOR THE SAME THING. VERY UN-HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER MAKING ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE DEALERSHIP, I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THEY MADE 3 ATTEMPTS OVER 90 DAYS TO CONTACT THE DEALERSHIP TO GET A RESPONSE TO RESOLVE THE COMPLAINT. THE DEALER DID NOT RESPOND AND THE BBB CLOSED THE CASE MARKING ON RECORD AS A COMPLAINT UN ANSWERED. NEVER WILL I GO BACK, AND ALL WHO WORK THERE SHOULD BE ASHAMED. More
I'm trying to respond to a review by fish (something) but the site wont allow a response. Something sounds fishy to me in the review. Who spends 32 thousand dollars on something they dont want?? It sounds li the site wont allow a response. Something sounds fishy to me in the review. Who spends 32 thousand dollars on something they dont want?? It sounds like he/she was not happy with the amount offered for the trade which is usually what bothers people the most. I for one don't believe everything I read. Where are the emails asking for assistance for the "problem" they experienced? Be careful when reading these reviews. If a customer is unhappy about one little thing, they tend to exagerrate a bit when telling friends, family, coworkers, and especially internet sites. They need to have a good story to post, so they make it a little more interesting. Do I believe the dealer couldn't find the keys, or that they were going to give the Jeep to another dealer..sure. I also believe they probably low balled the trade. Everyone tries to get their best deal in business. Do I believe this person paid $32k for something they didn't want? No way. Who in their right mind would do that? I don't care how far I drive, I'm not spending that kind of money on anything I don't want and certainly not from people who "supposedly" treated me so badly. Just my opinion :) I originally came on here to rate my service experience and saw this and just had to respond. I brought my minivan in twice, once for regular maintenance and once for a damage windshield. I came back for the auto body damage because they were so great for the regular maintenance. Normally, if you take a vehicle to a dealer for service and are looking for an overrall inspection of everything, it's like open season when you pick your vehicle up. They have a list of hundreds of dollars of recommended services. I had the oil changed and asked for the maintenance inspection. I was recommended to replace my brakes soon and replace my tires. That's it. I paid my $40 and was happy. Everyone was pleasant and didn't try to sell me any extra services. I was very pleased and will return to them for my brakes (which I already knew needed to be replaced) More
