I traveled from Knoxville to Murfreesboro for a meeting and the check engine light came on my Terrain. The service department was busy but, Bill worked me in for service, replaced the broken parts, and go and the check engine light came on my Terrain. The service department was busy but, Bill worked me in for service, replaced the broken parts, and got me back on the road in less then 3 hours. Thank you to Bill and the mechanic for offering a high level of service and getting an out of town customer back home. More
Purchased a vehicle on 3/25.Took to dealer on 4/12 with Purchased a vehicle on 3/25. Took to dealer on 4/12 with starter issues was informed that it was because i had it sitting for a couple days and that Purchased a vehicle on 3/25. Took to dealer on 4/12 with starter issues was informed that it was because i had it sitting for a couple days and that the battery was checked and everything was fine. Took it back agin May before mothers day cant remember the date. because not only was it having starter issues but it was shaking and white smoke coming from exhaust. They have had it at the dealer since. I was informed it was the pistons. today when i spoke to rep he states it was fuel injector and they are on back order. the vehicle i Purchased was a suburban. they was kind enough to loan me a vehicle that seats 4, really 5 but not with 2 car seats in the back. then they loaned me a little bigger that seats 7 still not enough space that is reason i purchased a suburban that seats 8 and has the truck room. Was able to get a Tahoe that seats 8 and had it for a month and get a call saying i need to return it because someone was buying it. How? Now i have been given an acadia that seats 7... exactly like the pathfinder i traded in for a bigger vehicle. Was informed to bring the tahoe back and informed them i was out of town. Not once did i say with the vehicle. and then they wanted to say that i misrepresented myself because they pinged the vehicle. and threatened to revoke the courtesy loaner to me. Am I greatful that they loaned me a vehicle? Yes but in all honesty they sold me a 🍋. More
