I received a recall notice from Chevrolet corporate office. Called Friendly Chevrolet to have it taken care of. They said they would call me when the parts came in. I went to Friendly Chevrolet of Puyallup mainly because of the experiences others had with this dealer. I found the staff very courteous and professional. At no point did I ever feel pressured to buy a particular car and he gave us plenty of time to look around. After we selected a car, Mike offered us the Carfax report without us having to ask. I sat down with Mike to talk price (my least favorite part of buying a car), and after only a few minutes, we settled on what I feel was a fair price for a very nice used car. I have bought many cars over the years, and have to say that my experience with this dealer and sales rep was one of the best. More

I moved here to Washington on May 11,2009. I came to this state to go to work,and to get away from the long cold winters in Alaska. You could call it Good Luck (or) Bad luck, but they sent out Michael Cady to talk to the tough Alaskan. He never gave up on me or Chevy. I told him what I wanted, what I needed, and wanted it now at good price. He listened and was understanding. He went above and beyond showing all people concerned in the sale of my deal of a lifetime, that it could be done in a way that worked for me and me alone. I got a great car at a great price, and everyone worked real hard to make me happy. And when I left my I.D there and went to the bank without it, as soon as Michael found out I needed it, he drove it to me, so I wouldn't have to go all the way back to get it....... I found Friendly Chevrolet online while I was deployed to Iraq. I had never looked at buying a New truck before, and had a lot of questions about how the process worked. I emailed at least five diffrent dealerships and of all of them Friendly Chevrolet was the only one that worked with me consistanly not only answering my questions but also helping me to get the ball rolling on not only buying a new truck but to trade in my old one while I was still deployed. Upon my return from Iraq I fially got to meet the staff of friendly Chevrolet face to face and it was a welcoming experince. I was greated with a smile and treated with the upmost respect, it did not take long to pick out the truck that I wanted with the help of MR. Pogue who was very knowledgeable on the new Silverados. When it came time to finace the truck that I wanted being a young man with little on my credit report I was worried of the out come, However the finace department of Friendly Chevrolet searched and searched to get me the best deal. What I really liked was they did not put one figure in front of me and say this is the best you can get, Mr. Pogue showed me several quotes from diffrent banks and went over each one comparing them as we went along. This showed me even more that the staff was there to help me get the best deal possiable. All and all my experince with Friendly Chevrolet has been very professinal, there was never a moment where I felt like I was being left in the dark on anything and there I never had a question that wasnt answered stragiht forward. For a regular guy that isn't an administrative guru, the process of purchasing a vehicle can be overwhelming. Mr Cady made the process very easy to understand did an amazing job of keeping both my wife and I informed along the way. The biggest surprise came after we drove our new vehicle home, with the service that we received after the sale was made. Mr Cady and the rest of the staff at Friendly Chevrolet have made such an impression on wife and I that I would not even consider going anywhere else to buy a another vehicle.
