The best part was that everything was transparent. Sandra showed me all the numbers, including interest rate, taxes, and protection plans. I didn’t feel tricked or pushed. That’s rare in car buying. Service department also deserves a shoutout. After I bought my car, Bryan helped schedule my first maintenance and gave me tips on maximizing my EV range. Solid follow-through. The worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. We used the Culver City dealership’s website to do an online trade-in using my VIN. Based on that, I drove over 500 miles (about 8.5 hours one way) to purchase a vehicle. When I arrived, I was told the online trade-in value wasn’t valid because they don’t run a Carfax before giving a trade-in estimate — something that was never disclosed in advance or on the qoute. I had scheduled an appointment with Mark, who didn’t know the status of the vehicle we came to see. He mentioned a few other options that “might fit our needs,” but we ended up finding them ourselves in the parking lot, which he said they didn't exist. I had specifically asked Mark to check the Carfax on my trade-in before I made the trip (I provided the VIN), and he told me everything was good — they just needed to see the car in person. Clearly, that wasn’t true. I also explained I needed a certain amount for my trade-in, which was completely disregarded. On top of that, the dealership was not transparent about hidden add-ons totaling over $5,000 — things I didn’t ask for or want (Lojack, a nearly clear tint that’s useless in Arizona, and paint protection). These were added to the sale price without upfront disclosure and the salesmen said they couldn't be taken off. To be fair, the manager, Ali, did attempt to make things right by reducing the price and eventually removing the unwanted add-ons. But by then, it was too late. He also gave incorrect information/lied about the $4,000 EV tax credit, insisting the rule was you have to make under $225K to qualify. I tried to correct him, but he wouldn't listen. In the end, it was a complete waste: hundreds of dollars in gas, one PTO day, and over 18 hours of driving "drove straight through the night and got home at 5am" — all because of misinformation, poor communication, hidden fees, and a general lack of professionalism. How can you give an online trade-in quote without a CarFax and or how do you not add a note subject to a Carfax? Terrible experience from start to finish. Unprepared salesmen, shady sales tactics, and zero accountability. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. Buyers Beware! Eugene More
Came here from the Valley because of a great deal I saw on CarGurus. The car was exactly as listed, no bait and switch. Nick helped me and even got me a better rate than my credit union. 5 stars! on CarGurus. The car was exactly as listed, no bait and switch. I don’t usually write reviews, but this place deserves one. Malak was professional, responsive, and super kind. The handoff to sales was seamless. Bought a used Blazer and the car was in perfect condition, just as described. They even detailed it again before delivery. Stopped in for a quick look and didn’t expect to buy a car that day. Sammy helped me find the exact color I wanted and worked with my budget. No pressure at all. Just good people. car that day. The dealership was clean, well-organized, and had a ton of inventory. Nick showed me three different Trax models and helped me find the right one for my teen daughter. She loves it. of inventory.
