This dealership really helped in getting us the car that we've been looking for and they made an effort to getting us to a deal that was also compatible with the budget we had in mind. I was looking online for a 2019 Yukon that was listed on CarGurus for $30,809. The day before my appointment, I was told the vehicle was at another nearby lot and would be ready for my family member to test CarGurus for $30,809. The day before my appointment, I was told the vehicle was at another nearby lot and would be ready for my family member to test drive the next day. They scheduled us for a 12:00 appointment. On the way there, we tried calling Danny but did not get an answer. Since we were already about an hour and 15 minutes away, we called the dealership, and the gentleman who answered said he would get the vehicle from the other lot and have it ready. When we arrived, we found out the vehicle was still at the other lot, and they did not have access to the keys. Instead of being able to see or test drive the vehicle as promised, they asked us to sit down and discuss pricing. We expected the price to match the CarGurus listing of $30,809. However, once we sat down, we were told the actual price was $34,218. When I questioned why the vehicle was advertised at a lower price online, the salesman stated that this is how the owner lists the vehicles. I attempted to negotiate the price back to the advertised CarGurus price, but they would not honor it. At first, they offered $1,000 off for financing and $2,500 off for a trade-in, even though we were not trading anything in. That would have been $3,500 off the $34,218 price. Then the salesman left to speak with someone and came back saying they could only take off $1,700, making the out-the-door price approximately $35,500. After thinking it over, we decided that if they could not honor the original advertised price of $30,809 plus the appropriate fees, we would take our business elsewhere. We do not want to do business with a dealership that advertises one price online and then gives a much higher price in person. I would strongly recommend checking the dealership’s own website and getting all pricing confirmed in writing before driving there. Based on our experience, this felt like misleading advertising and a waste of time. I will also be reporting this to the BBB. More

PLEASE AVOID CULVER CITY CHEVROLET AT ALL COST, THEY ARE RIP OFF AND LIARS THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU PRICE WHICH MENTION IN ONLINE ADVERTISEMENT. I saw an online ad on Cars.com for 2024 Chevy Equinox 2LT RIP OFF AND LIARS THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU PRICE WHICH MENTION IN ONLINE ADVERTISEMENT. I saw an online ad on Cars.com for 2024 Chevy Equinox 2LT price was showing 20,255. At culver city Chevrolet Located on 6101 W Slauson Ave Culver City CA 90230 I contacted them by text and Talked to Karan, I confirmed the price with him and asked him to please give me out the Door price so I don’t waste my Time going all they way from Riverside to Culver city. Karan said you need to come in for final price, I thought in my mind that price will be same as in the ad then there will be Tax and Registration, so I was thinking around 23 to 24000 out the Door price. So I went to Their Dealership From Riverside, saw the car liked it, then we talked about out the door price, he gave me price of 30,000 which is 10k extra then they were advertising. I got mad at Sales person and left the Dealership They are bunch of Rip off and liars, when I was almost catching freeway he called me he said oh I can give you price u were looking just come back, so I Turned around and went back, then he showed me another price of around 27000 still it was higher then it should have been. Really Really Bad experience never going back there or recommending any one to go More

This has been the worst dealer car buying experience I ever had. I trade in a car and since they haven’t paid off the balance with GM financial they are coming after me.
