I saw an online ad on Cars.com for 2024 Chevy Equinox 2LT RIP OFF AND LIARS THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU PRICE WHICH MENTION IN ONLINE ADVERTISEMENT. I saw an online ad on Cars.com for 2024 Chevy Equinox 2LT price was showing 20,255. At culver city Chevrolet Located on 6101 W Slauson Ave Culver City CA 90230 I contacted them by text and Talked to Karan, I confirmed the price with him and asked him to please give me out the Door price so I don’t waste my Time going all they way from Riverside to Culver city. Karan said you need to come in for final price, I thought in my mind that price will be same as in the ad then there will be Tax and Registration, so I was thinking around 23 to 24000 out the Door price. So I went to Their Dealership From Riverside, saw the car liked it, then we talked about out the door price, he gave me price of 30,000 which is 10k extra then they were advertising. I got mad at Sales person and left the Dealership They are bunch of Rip off and liars, when I was almost catching freeway he called me he said oh I can give you price u were looking just come back, so I Turned around and went back, then he showed me another price of around 27000 still it was higher then it should have been. Really Really Bad experience never going back there or recommending any one to go More
This has been the worst dealer car buying experience I ever had. I trade in a car and since they haven’t paid off the balance with GM financial they are coming after me. Nevin, the General Manager, publicly asked me to contact him directly to resolve my concerns. I did — multiple times. Unfortunately, he never followed up or took any action. This was after serious issues, including dealer add-ons totaling $5,880 that were presented as mandatory and a signed Due Bill for repairs that were never completed. Despite giving management every opportunity to fix the situation, I was met with silence. If even the General Manager fails to follow through after asking you to reach out, it’s clear where accountability ends. Very disappointing experience. More
