Small things matter. It took two days longer than initially expected to repair the car. When I picked it up it was not washed. First I was told they only wash new cars. T It took two days longer than initially expected to repair the car. When I picked it up it was not washed. First I was told they only wash new cars. Then I was told I had to ask the representative when I dropped off the car for a wash. Other dealerships offer this as a courtesy. It is bad form to not offer this after I've paid a couple thousand and been without car for a couple of days. Similarly, when I asked for a Uber to pick up my car, I was told the dealership doesn't offer Uber on the weekend. Again, small things matter. The person who helped me initially, I believe his name is Jose, was very helpful. My rating would be lower, but Jose was very good. More
