Was informed routine maintenance would take 90-120min, but I waited for almost was 5 hours. Waiting area inside had no water or snacks and terrible, blaring club remixes of pop songs were on. When I checked in with the advisor I pointed out an 8 quart oil change special you had. She informed at the time that my vehicle takes 10 quarts, which isn't true.
