Everything was done in a timely fashion as always! My 4 stars is only because the techs forgot to put my glovebox back in correctly and I had to drive all the way back to get it fixed. Their tech did a terrible job diagnosing my problem. I was told I needed a new transmission and quoted $16000 to replace it. I took a few minutes on the internet and found my exact problem which was sim I was told I needed a new transmission and quoted $16000 to replace it. I took a few minutes on the internet and found my exact problem which was simply a replacement of a worn bearing. Only $1800 to fix. Lazy tech, giving bad information and probably costing lots of people money they don’t need to spend. Very disappointed and will never go to this dealer again. Can’t be trusted. More
