Asked to have a mud flap fixed and got home looked at it and they told me it was fixed and it wasn't even touched. Asked for tires to be rotated and they were not rotated because I marked 2 of the tires The More

I'm really sorry you had that experience. If you marked two tires and they weren't rotated, and the mud flap wasn't even touched after you were told it was fixed - that's not okay. On top of that, feeling talked down to or unwelcome is the opposite of how you should ever feel here. We clearly missed the mark, and we need the chance to make this right and take a hard look at how this was handled.

This isn’t the first time that we have been treated like this. Your service advisors are pretty much all the same. This is also not the first time they said something was fixed and we find out later it wasn’t. We have purchased cars from you and been loyal with service. But that is likely going to change and we will go somewhere else.

I had a great experience at Chevy of Everett. I came for a fuel filter change. I was greeted by JJ with a smile, he asked how my day was going and commented that I had a nice truck!
