I appreciated that they disclosed that - to be clear is to be kind. But they exceeded my expectations, finishing my repair early while also honoring other clients who arrived at their scheduled time

appointment. After I left work early and drove from work in Seattle. After rescheduling i had the team rotate my tires. They did not ajust tire press

I'm really sorry we put you in that spot-canceling 10 minutes before your appointment after you left work and drove in from Seattle isn't okay. And missing the tire pressure after your rotation, especially with it that far off, should have been caught before the car left. We appreciate you calling this out and we're taking a close look at both the communication and our final checks so this doesn't happen again.
