Good service but when you make an appointment it really doesn’t matter it seems like it’s first come first served and a 8:00am appointment they might not get too until 9:00am. It should not take a hour and doesn’t matter it seems like it’s first come first served and a 8:00am appointment they might not get too until 9:00am. If there is zero 0 , I will rate it like that , I got ripped off by service department . I dropped off 2 cars to program transmissions after I installed new transmissions on them, they weren't not done c ripped off by service department . I dropped off 2 cars to program transmissions after I installed new transmissions on them, they weren't not done correctly.i went back to service department right away after I left by 2 minutes tellingthem they aren't programmed well , they charged me extra hour to look at them again , they kept on saying they are good and they weren't. I took them to a different Chevy dealership to program and paid again More

This place used to be fantastic. But the last few services were mid. Took 5 weeks to get our truck fixed. And they didnt even do everything they were asked to do bc someone never But the last few services were mid. Took 5 weeks to get our truck fixed. And they didnt even do everything they were asked to do bc someone never bothered to add it to the list. They dont do free car washes anymore. That go above and beyond thing is gone. More
