The service department at Chevrolet of Everett is the best I’ve experienced at a dealership. All staff, from front desk to mechanics were friendly, helpful, efficient, and clearly enjoyed working there. best I’ve experienced at a dealership. Clean, comfortable waiting area. Quick and efficient. The only thing that bothers me is they don't have Hyundai parts. I bought my used car there and love it. I would recommend t his Service department because my experience is the actual 'work' that gets done is good work. I think the Service advisors need some 'coaching' on Guest Service / Guest Experience.. My old change advisor NEVER made eye contact with me. I am an old man, basically a nobody, and he made sure I knew that. Even a little upbeat attitude with a nobody would be nice. I don't need to be the center of attention but a bit of 'how ya' doin' would be great. More
