I dropped my truck for service and there was no receipt given to me stating I dropped the truck. When I picked up the truck, I was given my invoice bit it doesn’t show the condition of the truck ( tire given to me stating I dropped the truck. When I picked up the truck, I was given my invoice bit it doesn’t show the condition of the truck ( tires condition, brake pad %, etc ). I requested a printed copy of the report and was just given a verbal report of the brakes. I will try a different dealer next service, hopefully it is not a Chevy issue and just a dealership issue. More
