Excellent Pre-Owned buying experience. I bought a pre owned vehicle from Naperville Chevy and they handled it wonderfully. I'd found vehicle on Autotrader and when I got there the tag on th I bought a pre owned vehicle from Naperville Chevy and they handled it wonderfully. I'd found vehicle on Autotrader and when I got there the tag on the mirror had a higher price, but they promptly said the price had been lowered and the tag had not been updated. This was much better than a different dealership that quoted me $1000 more than what they had listed online before they realized I'd seen the online listing. Naperville Chevy had put over 700 dollars in maintenance into the vehicle before selling it, and they were willing to work with me on some other work I wanted done as part of the sale. More

Nice and pleasant after crappy time at a different dealer. Previously had been to a Honda dealer that was not a nice experience. He readily showed us the car and I was quickly taking it for a test drive. The city of Naperville created a test track for the area dealers and it was pretty fun. At some point I had explained what I was looking for in terms of payments and Ayman was able to give me an estimate within that range. Everything that he went to do or that was happening was explained to us. It was a smooth and pleasant process dealing with nice people. I'm sorry I didn't get everyone's names. More

We Just Keep Coming Back!! IGGY IGGY IGGY!!! We were in the market for a lease 2 years ago. I walked, in w/o my husband and was greeted by Iggy Tusa. This was my 2nd Chevy dealership I had visited that day & Iggy was amazing!!! He told me exactly about our Malibu, didn't treat me as the "lady who just needs info". Fast Forward 2yrs & the end of our lease which was TODAY!!! IGGY HAS DONE AN AMAZING JOB FOR US AGAIN!!! He worked tirelessly (that man had to have walked 30k steps just for us from the big desk to his & back again :) ) & we walked out of the showroom w/not only 1 new car but 2!!
