She took a lot of time to get to know me as well as sell me a car. It turned out that we both had worked for the same company some years ago. Emily literally spent hours demonstrating the vehicle and walking me through the technology, which was no small feat. She assured me that I could call or text her at anytime after my purchase with any concerns. Hope Chevrolet of Naperville realizes what a great asset they have in Emily. Isaac was the first person to greet me as I walked in the door and I am beyond thankful he was. I haven't had good experiences at other dealers due to people being so pushy and clingy. Isaac definitely gave me the space and knowledge I needed. It was a breath of fresh air to not be harassed into buying a car. Very positive experience My husband and I came in to see what was available for a Chevy Cruz and/or a Trax. Issac met us outside before we even got into the showroom. He brought out both vehicles for a test drive and answered all of our questions. He was professional, courteous and very, very knowledgeable. We had to wait a few days for the color we wanted, choosing the Cruz. He took the time to explain all of the changes that have taken place on a dashboard since the purchase of our last GM car, a 2006 Pontiac G6. Traded that in after 158,000 miles. We could not have asked for a more efficient and positive sales rep. GM - you have a winner here in Issac. More
